We meet 7:00PM Party Crawl
9:00PM VIP Club Crawl.
We operate every Thursday – Saturday night. (Check in locations may change, please view your reservation). We advice you book as a group to keep everyone together as we do sell out and we want to keep your groups together on the same bus. We only accept bookings online, we do not have any reps on the street so if someone is trying to sell you Nite Tours, don’t buy it.
Yes, please have your confirmation or purchase voucher readily accessible. Remember to bring a printed copy of your voucher, receipt or other form of confirmation you received when you booked/purchased your tour. Electronic copies are acceptable, but they must be available on demand when you check in for the tour.
All participants MUST have valid identification with them at all times proving they are over 21. Without proper identification, the nightclubs will refuse admittance into their establishment. Nite Tours is NOT responsible for denied entry to any venue because of improper identification, intoxication, etc.
All VIP Hosts are in the service industry, like a bartender or waitress they get a small wage. However, they make their living from your tips. If your Nite Tours Host made sure you had fun, got you through the line ups with no hassles and made sure everyone was having a Great Time, then a proper Thank You for their hard work is 20% or $15 per person is the average.
Nite Tours has arranged for you to bypass club lines in a timely fashion. However, you still may have to wait at each club as the doormen get organized to accept our Large Groups. Average waiting time is 10 minutes (which beats the 1-2 hours you would wait otherwise). On Holiday weekends such as Halloween, Labor Day, etc waiting maybe longer.
Nite Tours has arranged to have your cover paid in advance with the clubs. All you will have to pay for is your drinks and tips in the clubs.
Dress to Impress: Nightclubs have very STRICT dress codes. Dress in stylish nightlife attire. All participants must be dressed appropriately – Males – Dress pants, dress shoes and button down shirt, optional jacket is the standard dress code for males.
Ladies – Skirts, dresses, dress sandals or pumps is the standard dress code for ladies. NO sweat suits, baggy tee shirts, beach wear, open toe sandals or other such casual wear The night club has the last say on who gets in according to their Clubs dress code, so please be aware of what you are wearing as these are top clubs and only let the elite in.
Disruptive Behavior or Being Intoxicated: If the Nite Tours host ascertains that you or your guests are disrupting the tour in any way by being intoxicated, obnoxious, etc; Nite Tours reserves the right to ask you or your group to leave the tour – with No Refund. Nite Tours is NOT responsible for denied entry into any venue due to disruptive behavior or being intoxicated. If anyone in your group gets sick in the bus, the organizer or the person will be fined a cleaning charge of $250.00 as that is our cost from the cleaning company.
If you are having a great time at one particular venue, you have the right to stay at that location and leave the tour – however, if you still have your wristband, you can re-join the tour at any time in the same evening but you must find the VIP hostess to gain access to tour.
You only get one wristband for the evening, so if you lose the wristband and we do not remember you, you will not be allowed back on the party bus.
Each person who joins a Nite Tours tour holds Nite Tours harmless from any injury, loss, damage or death which may occur as a result of using the services provided by Nite Tours. This also includes any Photo/Image which allows our Hosts to take photographs of people on the tour and use them in advertising or on the web. Please read in its entirety below, in the next item (Waiver Form).
Nite Tours™ Global LLC WAIVER FORM
Nite Tours Global LLC, operating as NITE TOURS™ (“Nite Tours”) is a “tour packager” acting solely as a tour service to bring the passenger (“Passenger”) and the Third Party service provider (“Provider”) together for their own individual purposes (“Activity”). Nite Tours(TM) neither controls, nor is it to be held liable for the failure of such Provider’s failure to provide the products or services promised.
PASSENGER ASSUMES THE RISKS:
In consideration of my use of the services provided by Nite Tours™ and my participation in such Activity as may be provided or arranged by a Provider, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved with such use and participation, and I AGREE TO, AND DO HEREBY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS associated with such use or participation, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE RISK OF SEVERE OR FATAL INJURY TO MYSELF OR OTHERS. In addition to the foregoing, these risks include but are not limited to the following:
(a) the risk associated with travel to and from location(s) to be visited during the night hours, including transportation arranged by Nite Tours™ utilizing third party or other commercial, private and/or public motor vehicles;
(b) intoxication and/or alcohol poisoning from the alcohol I consume whether voluntarily or through coercion;
(c) the possibility of bodily injury (broken bones and soft tissue damage) including dental damages from falling down, injuries incurred while getting on or off (in or out of) the mode of transportation being used for the event, being knocked down or being involved in physical confrontation whether caused by myself or someone else.;
(d) the risks associated with staying at one of the participating venues while on the tour.
(e) the risks associated with returning to my residence, hotel or any location I decide to visit.
Ticket Broker Customer Disclaimer. Prior to the use of any Company Services by Ticket Broker Customers, Company agrees to furnish, and have Ticket Broker Customers sign a Customer Agreement which includes the provisions set forth on Customer Agreement Provisions.
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT PROVISIONS
1. Terms of Use. Customer acknowledges and agrees that purchase of this ticket for access to the Company Services is evidence of an agreement between Customer and the Company only. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Ticket Broker is not a party to any agreements between Customer and the Company. Customer further agrees to release and hold harmless Ticket Broker and any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents for claims resulting from or incident to use of or access to the Company Services.
2. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL TICKET BROKER BE LIABLE TO THE COMPANY OR CUSTOMER FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE OR DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, MULTIPLE, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE GROUNDS, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
3. Disclaimer. NEITHER THE COMPANY OR TICKET BROKER MAKES, AND EACH PARTY HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE TICKET BROKER SITE, THE COMPANY SERVICES OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
HOLD NITE TOURS(TM) HARMLESS:
By partaking in the services provided by Nite Tours™, I AGREE AND HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS THAT MAY ARISE AGAINST NITE TOURS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES, AND FURTHER CONSENT TO HOLD THESE SAME ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS HARMLESS, FROM ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING DEATH, WHICH I MAY INCUR, AND THE RISK OF WHICH I HEREBY ASSSUME, as a result of my use of the services provided by Nite Tours™, its affiliates, or subsidiaries, or such Activity offered by any Provider, whether or not such Provider is associated or under contract with Nite Tours™.
PHOTO/IGE RELEASE
I do hereby give Nite Tours™, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait or photograph in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations for advertising, trade or in any other lawful purposes, and I hereby forever waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including but not limited to, written copy and/or posting image on website, that may be created in connection therewith. I am of full legal drinking age (21). I have read this Release and Waiver and am fully familiar with its contents. I understand that Nite Tours™ cannot control the use of my name or image once such name or image is published.
Please arrive early at your pick up location! The buses run on a time schedule, so please be courteous to other patrons and have your group at your pick up location on time.
Nite Tours reserves the right to move a client and his or her group to an alternate tour or change the club line up at anytime, alternate transportation, alternate alcohol, change any discounts for beverages at any time due to outside influences such as club/lounge management, corporate/convention buy outs, bus issues, taking a club off of the NTI list, over bookings, etc.
The Nite Tours ends once you are safely into the last club or dropped off at your pick up location (according to your tour itinerary, Las Vegas will be last club, Dallas, Chicago, LA, San Fran, London, or any other city may be your pick up location). If you follow the tour to the end, the VIP Hosts will make sure you are having a wonderful time. In Las Vegas, Stay as long as you wish at this club. In other cities, Nite Tours may have a schedule to drop you off at your original pick up location.
If you are not staying anywhere near the tour starting and ending locations, you can pre arrange a prior pick up and drop off with Nite Tours limousines for a nominal fee.
You will not get reserved seating in a night club unless you have made arrangements with Nite Tours or the club, as these seats maybe reserved for bottle service for an additional fee. The Limo is not a taxi cab and will not run you around unless you made arrangements with Nite Tours as there may be an additional fee. The limo is booked solid as we sell out every evening and is on a tight schedule. We do not supply any drinks in the clubs unless it is arranged for your tour and may be an additional fee. We do not promise immediate entrance into clubs, as doormen need to time to arrange Nite Tours entrance into the clubs. We do not babysit, if you are too intoxicated you will be asked to leave the tour. We do not try to convince the clubs to let you in if you are denied access for any reason. We also stock the limo with a fair amount of beverages which is calculated for your convenience if it is included in your tour. A lot of clients do waste their beverages, if you run out of beverages on a Nite Tours, you are responsible to purchase additional alcohol. Tips are NOT included and our Hosts work hard to make sure the party is perfect every way, so PLEASE TIP your Host/Hostess!!!
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation on Nite Tours by. Calling Nite Tours Int at 1.833.600.NITE (6483) at least 10 days prior to the Nite Tours event to transfer your name. A $29 transfer fee will be applied to the ticket and must be paid upon time of name change. Transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.
If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact Nite Tours directly at 1.833.600.NITE (6483). We will convert your ticket purchase to a non-refundable credit that you may apply toward another trip on a future date up to 6 months from your original event date. Some restrictions apply.
Unlike other crawls, we have partnerships with only the top night life companies in the world. Nite Tours is the party, no matter where you go, you are in the middle of the best party in Las Vegas. Nite Tours offers the best value – can you go to these places on your own, yes. HOWEVER, we get you in right away, we get your drink specials, we have tons of people you get to hang out with and we get your value for your money.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. There are No Refunds of any ticket in whole or in part. Once the ticket is purchased, you are responsible to attend the tour.
